Return & Exchange Policy

At Holly Fire Christian Apparel, we want you to love your purchase and feel confident sharing your faith through our products.
If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help make it right.


Returns

We accept returns for eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • In the same condition you received it

  • In its original packaging (if applicable)

Please note that we cannot accept returns on:

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Customized or personalized products


Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, we’re happy to offer an exchange (subject to availability).
Simply contact us with your order number and details, and we’ll guide you through the process.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email to confirm your refund status.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We’ll make sure a replacement or refund is issued promptly.
